The Lodge at Vail Chalets

This final phase of Vail’s Front Door included 13 custom chalets at the base of Vail Mountain. These three-level, custom town homes were sold for approximately $2,500 per square foot. Each residence includes a private elevator and underground parking. This project was part of the award winning Vail’s Front Door project which was honored in 2008 with the Associated General Contractor’s prestigious ACE Award for the top project over $60 million.
