Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Renovation

This phased occupied renovation of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce building includes updates to the lobby, courtyard, roof, and entry façade. The new lobby atrium includes a new storefront system, new flooring, and a new security desk. The exterior courtyard remodel includes a precast concrete bar, custom LED fixtures, and an exterior entrance door. Upper building renovations include a new canopy roof and new fourth floor balcony. The new entry façade is comprised of metal panels and new storefront/skylight systems. Project also includes new finishes, carpet, paint, fixtures, and furniture on the 4th and 5th floors.
