21 Fitzsimons Redevelopment and Sitework

Hyder started work at the 21 Fitzsimons apartment community in August of 2016 with replacing carpets and lights in the corridors. Since then we’ve built or remodeled over 100,000 square feet, including new amenities, a leasing center, pools, courtyards & plazas, restaurants and retail spaces, a dog park, a fitness room, a weight room, lounge, and mailroom. The Ursula Brewery Storefront was an especially complicated portion of the project. The entire scope was completed without impact to the brewery’s daily business. The front of the space was ripped out and replaced within a two-week timeframe, all the while the brewery continued to operate.
