Outdoor winter work requires a lot of planning & preparation. We have a responsibility to provide our teams with a safe and healthy workplace, free from known and recognized hazards. Winter weather can create extreme hazards that can lead to serious physical harm and death. We must identify and mitigate these hazards and train workers on hazards of the job to prevent injuries and accidents.
