Southlands Mall Water Feature & Clock Tower Renovation

This major sitework update consisted of demolishing the existing Southlands Mall pedestrian plaza and putting in a state-of-the-art lighted water feature over a paver system and concrete basin. It also includes a play area for kids, pedestrian seating areas, and a renovation to the existing clock tower to convert it to an information center. A separate portion of the work was funded by the Southlands Metro District and includes an additional kids’ play area and all landscaping for the project.
