The Hooper Apartments

The Hooper is a new 165,000 square-foot, nine-story mixed-use building framed with Infinity. It features a restaurant/bookstore, two floors of office space, a fitness center, and 103 apartment units in Denver’s historic Five Points neighborhood. The apartments include micro-apartments available at lower prices and some two-bedroom apartments that could be rented out on a bedroom-by-bedroom basis. The project was ten feet away from the RTD light rail, which required special on-site safety training, limited cell phone use, and an RTD flagger. This zero-lot-line site necessitated timely deliveries, strict adherence to noise ordinances, and a swing stage to install the brick building skin.
