Crystal Peak Lodge

The building sits on the side of the mountain at 10,000 feet elevation and consists of 45 ski-in/ski-out luxury mountain retreats. 21,000 square feet of underground parking was included in the project. Hyder was brought on board early to provide valuable estimating, pricing and BIM modeling expertise. Our value engineering suggestions allowed VRDC to accomplish a GMP below their preliminary project budget. To ensure the project was completed on schedule, Hyder created a plan of action to prevent and quickly resolve any potential issues, which resulted in Hyder’s ability to turn over the project ahead of schedule.
