Breckenridge Riverwalk Performing Arts Center

About the Project

The Riverwalk Center was our third project for the Town of Breckenridge. The 11,000 square-foot renovation replaced the existing tent fabric with a permanent year-round shell structure. Addition of a roof covering and walls significantly enhanced the concert and event experience by improving acoustics, temperature control, and lighting.

Despite the expanding complexity and enlarged scope of the project, we successfully completed the project within the initial, very aggressive, winter construction schedule. Working through the challenging winter mountain environment, we delivered this facility in time for spring concert rehearsals.
