We are starting finishes at The Hooper and the first model unit is officially done. This portion of the work is being led by Tim Gaughan, who had this to share:
“This project has been an amazing experience working with Jesse, Nate, Garrett, & Damon. The fact that this project was built with such a small field staff should not be something that is overlooked. On a constructability note, the design and coordination of the MEPs throughout the building, having tight ceiling spaces and little to no lay-down/storage areas have made this project a challenge for sure but one that has been a team effort. The first mockup has been walked with ownership and design team and they were very pleased. One down, 102 to go!”
