Cottonwood Public Works Facility

About the Project

This new 16,000 square-foot public works facility incorporates the fleet and utilities division. The building houses various storage bays, work bays, wash bay, welding bay, office space, and storage space. The structure is primarily split-faced block and a steel frame. The roof elements are a combination of pitched and flat roofs. The site is generally flat and an asphalt driveway surrounds the new building. Hyder successfully coordinated all of the equipment, even the owner-supplied pieces, to ensure proper MEP connections.
