Breaking Ground on Colorado’s First Waldorf Astoria Residences 🏗️✨
Hyder is proud to announce the start of construction on the Waldorf Astoria Residences Cherry Creek, a landmark project bringing 37 luxury homes to the heart of Denver. This is the first Waldorf Astoria residential offering in Colorado, and the first branded condominium development in Cherry Creek.
Breaking ground on November 19 was a major milestone following months of preparation, including demolition, alley construction, sales center buildout, and detailed preconstruction planning.
Designed by Shears Adkins Rockmore, Carlos Ott, and BAMO, this five-story residence sets a new standard for luxury living in the region. We’re honored to partner with PMG, Hilton, and the full design and ownership team to bring this vision to life.
