Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital Renovation and Additions

The project included a total gut and remodel of an existing 20,000 square-foot office building, constructing 18,000 square feet in additions, and redoing the existing site to accommodate over 180 parking spaces. The space was converted into an animal hospital and included a state-of-the-art in-house laboratory, a dedicated animal blood bank, an MRI machine, and a conference training center for 100.
