Vail’s Front Door
About the Project
This 300,000 square foot redevelopment at the bottom of the Vail ski area included a one-eighth mile underground Forest Service access road and a 200-space, four-level subgrade parking structure with fourteen loading docks, all on a zero-lot line, five-acre parcel. The project also includes thirteen four-story custom homes with underground parking, thirteen individual elevators, a 23,000 square-foot luxury spa, a 30,000 square-foot skier services building, a 12,000 square-foot private club with top-of-the-line amenities for VIP guests, and more. In 2008, the project was awarded AGC’s prestigious ACE Award for the top project over $60 million.
