The Benson Hotel and Faculty Club

The seven-story Benson Hotel and Faculty Club will be the center of hospitality at the nationally-recognized CU Anschutz Medical Campus; it’s designed to accommodate the needs of the hospitals and University by offering high-quality meeting facilities, full-service lodging, and a center of social activity. The first two levels are the hotel’s amenities and will be constructed as a podium. They feature the Faculty Club and 8,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, to include a 3,000 square foot ballroom, and a restaurant. The third through seventh floors will house a boutique hotel with 106-keys allocated to a mix of guest rooms, extended-stay apartments, and suites.
