How much do you know about Hyder’s past projects? Every month a different past project will be featured on the Hyder blog to help you learn (or remember!) more about Hyder’s history and the great projects we’ve been a part of! This month we’re featuring the 1500 Market Seed Building Addition for the 5-year anniversary of its completion!

1500 Market Seed Building Addition

This $5 million project is a three-story iconic office building with a fourth level mezzanine at the corner of 15th and Market and connects to the existing Rocky Mountain Seed Building. Hyder previously renovated that historic building at 1520 Market and constructed the underground parking structure on which the new structure was built. The existing tenant on the second floor of the Seed Building, GoSpotCheck, grew substantially over the past few years, and is the built-to-suit tenant occupying the entire new building. The interior is open and modern, with ceilings of exposed wood beams and mechanical ducts and floors of polished concrete. The project is the recipient a 2017 Mayor’s Design Award and a 2018 Downtown Denver Award.
