The Waldorf Astoria Residences Denver Cherry Creek is a boutique luxury condominium project developed by PMG and Hilton, with design by SAR+ Architects in collaboration with Carlos Ott and interiors by BAMO. Units range from 690 to 3,879 square feet, featuring custom gourmet kitchens, private balconies, and semi-private elevators. Amenities include a Peacock Alley-inspired lounge, rooftop pool and bar, wellness center, signature restaurant, and EV charging stations — all managed by Hilton to deliver the signature Waldorf Astoria service.
