Firehouse Block Retail Renovation & Alleyscape

About the Project

This 100,000 square-foot renovation to the historic Firehouse block includes demolition, adding storefront windows, lowering the floors to street level for alley access, and an activated alley street scape. The streetscape features lighting and granite pavers to give the alley the feel of a European square. The project also includes a total renovation of 1855 Blake Street in the Firehouse block that includes full MEP upgrades, extensive demolition, and an accordion window system.
