The All Inn Hotel Wins Two Awards

Two awards for one great project. 👏

The All Inn Hotel was recently recognized with a 2026 ENR Mountain States Merit Award for Renovation/Restoration and named the inaugural recipient of Historic Denver’s Alan Gass Award for the adaptive reuse, renovation and preservation of mid-century modern architecture.

Originally built in 1959 as the Fountain Inn, the property has been transformed into a 54-room boutique hotel and restaurant while preserving the neon signage, exposed rock wall and mid-century character that made the building a Colfax landmark.

We’re proud to see this project recognized for both the work it took to bring it back to life and the history that was preserved along the way.
