Colorado Department of Labor
Creativity with the project budget and schedule, combined with a strong operations team, resulted in Hyder's award of this $4 million, 40,000 square foot office addition to the Colorado Department of Labor's Denver offices. Project challenges included the demolition of an existing parking structure to make way for the expanded building footprint, a tight site with residential neighbors, and mating the new structure to a 40+ year old existing facility. This project was LEED-registered.
