What You Will Be Doing

This position requires a hands-on approach. Involved daily in technical construction, planning, and cost estimating, the Project Manager reports to the Operations Manager and manages projects as assigned by executive management. The Project Manager is responsible for client relations, financial management, planning, scheduling and coordinating with the Field Superintendent. 

Essential functions of this position include:

  • Cost estimating and analysis skills 
  • Ability to negotiate, plan, and execute projects on aggressive schedules
