Parker Town Hall

Located just 25 miles southeast of Denver, the Town of Parker needed a large town hall building as residents demanded more administration and municipal services due to the town's rapid growth. We were selected to construct a new 34,000 square-foot town hall, which featured intricate exterior masonry details, glass curtain walls, and copper roof. The interior has stone flooring and masonry intermingled with timbers and exposed glulam beams. This impressive building is part of a new complex that includes police and fire stations, town council chambers, building department, and administration building.
