The Hooper Breaks Ground

April 24, 2019

The Hooper at 26th and Welton in Denver’s historic Five Points neighborhood broke ground today! This $31 million project is a new construction of a nine-story mixed use building with a restaurant/bookstore, two floors of office space, a fitness center (for use by nearby Rossonian hotel guests), and more than 100 apartment units. The units will include micro apartments available at lower prices and some two-bedroom apartments that could be rented out on a bedroom by bedroom basis. Construction will be in full swing next month and will wrap up in about two years.

The ceremony was attended by Mayor Hancock and Councilman Brooks. The team provided refreshments from the neighbors, Rosenberg's and Coffee at the Point, and live music by jazz duo Gayle Leali and Joe Lopez.
