Zi Lofts
Hyder was selected by Infineum Properties, LLC to build the exclusive Zi Lofts. This project is part of the urban re-development on Blake Street in the infamous Ballpark Neighborhood. Located across from Coors Field, the seven story, 104,000 square foot cast-in-place project included traditional lofts, town homes, a parking garage, first floor retail, and office space. The 39 living spaces range in size from 850 s.f. to 3,000 s.f. The urban downtown location of Zi Lofts created challenging site logistics. Hyder's extensive planning and sequencing of operations allowed the team to effectively manage construction on the site, ensuring the safety of the team and the general public, while maintaining coordination of construction activities.
