Vail's Front Door

Hyder Construction has begun construction on the long-awaited Vail’s Front Door Project. The 300,000 s.f. redevelopment for Vail Resorts Development Company is located on 11 acres at the base of the Vista Bahn Chair Lift. The project consists of 13 exclusive town homes at the Lodge at Vail Chalets, a 26,000 s.f. Skier Services building, the new Vail Mountain Ski Club and a new spa for the Lodge at Vail. A 200 space, 3 level underground parking structure is being built beneath the project. The negotiated CM/GC project is scheduled for phased completion through the summer of 2008.
