Vail Marriott Mountain Resort

Long-time client, Vail Resorts, selected Hyder for their $25 million major renovation of the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort. As the case exists in nearly all mountain resort work, schedule is the most critical element of the decision-making process for this type of work, and once again, Hyder met our client’s seven month schedule for completion of the project. Extensive structural steel was added to support new penthouse units, a porte cochere, and a lobby area. The existing 190 hotel rooms were completely gutted and remodeled while the hotel continued normal operations.
