Lodge Tower Hotel

Hyder Construction was selected as the general contractor for the Lodge Tower. The project consisted of renovating elevator lobbies, corridors and the parking garage. The project also included the addition of a service elevator, a lobby and reception area, offices and a conference room. The addition connected the hotel with the new Vail’s Front Door. The Lodge Tower’s location, just steps away from the heart of Vail Village, required Hyder to create a detailed site logistical plan. Our team successfully completed the project while the hotel remained open for guests during construction.
