Hyder Construction completes Park Meadows Mall Colorado Ski & Sports
Hyder Construction has completed construction on the Park Meadows Mall Colorado Ski & Sports tenant improvement, which included a 3000 foot-long steel mezzanine, an elevator, and floor fixture installations.
This project had to be fully closed out at around 50% completion so the owner could use the space for a Labor Day tent sale. A second permit was pulled to get the space to 100% completion. This unique scenario involved close coordination with the building department and fire department.
