Galyan's

As the first of several Hyder retail projects built for developer Continuum Partners at their BelMar development in Lakewood, Hyder was charged with converting 90,000 square feet of a former Foleys department store into a modern, interactive store for Galyan's, a major national sporting and outdoor goods retailer. A major retrofit of an exsisting building in coordination with other contractors, and effective coordination of both the Owner's and Tenant's schedules and requirements to meet an opening deadline, were again a test for Hyder personnel, who responded with proactive solutions to anticipated project delays, allowing Galyan's earlier occupancy than most other smaller first-phase tenants.
