Founders Park & Garage

Hyder recently completed the first phase work of the mixed-use "Vail's Front Door" project, with the construction of a 109-space underground parking garage. The for-sale parking spaces, which sell for $100,000 each, will help alleviate some of the Vail Village resident parking shortage, and provide 27 additional surface parking spaces for local businesses.
