DirecTV New Broadcast Facility

Hyder Construction was approached by DirecTV when they needed to expand their broadcast facilities complex in Castle Rock. The three-building, $25 million expansion included state-of-the-art redundant operating systems, and FM200 fire suppression systems. Project challenges presented included the non-disturbance of sensitive existing operating systems, and the seamless transition incorporating ongoing operations.
