Crystal Peak Lodge

Hyder Construction is currently working on a $27 million condominium project for Vail Resorts Development Company. The new 115,000 square foot building consists of approximately 46 ski-in/ski-out luxury mountain retreats totaling 57,600 square feet. Residents will be access to the town of Breckenridge and the mountain from the new BreckConnect Gondola. 21,000 square feet of underground parking is included in the project. This project is scheduled for completion in September 2008.
