Crystal Peak Lodge

Hyder Construction completed construction on the $27 million Crystal Peak Lodge for Vail Resorts Development Company. The new 115,000 square foot condominium building consists of 45 ski-in/ski-out luxury mountain retreats. Residents have access to the town of Breckenridge and the mountain from the new BreckConnect Gondola. Over 21,000 square feet of underground parking was included in the project.
