CAPCO Warehouse

This 79,000 square foot renovation transformed a 1956 gunsight factory into a gleaming new ceramic tile and stone showroom for CAPCO. Hyder’s scope of work included site analysis and asbestos abatement, and created a new work environment with private offices, conference rooms, and a showroom featuring a hand-painting center with kilns.
