Belle Creek Family Center

The Belle Creek Family Center is the focal point for this Commerce City master-planned community that has received national recognition for its plan. Hyder was selected to negotiate the construction of this 21,000 square foot multi-purpose facility which includes recreational and exercise facilities, along with an early-learning child development center, computer labs, and meeting and conference accommodations. Design highlights include a distinctive exterior with a butterfly-shaped roof and a mixed clalite block.
