Arapahoe County Justice Center

This 92,000 square foot renovation and remodel of Arapahoe County's Justice Center and Administration Building is scheduled to be completed in two phases. The first phase, completed in February 2009, consisted of a 12,000 square foot renovation of the Administration Building. The second phase is an 80,000 square foot remodel of Arapahoe County's Justice Center and Courthouse. Hyder conducted numerous meeting with all parties involved to close the gap between the design of the building and the needs and desires of the professionals using the space. Hyder also extensively reviewed the existing conditions of the space to diminish any potentially unseen challenges.
