633 17th Street

Hyder completed the 14 floor, 235,000 square foot interior tenant finish project for the Colorado Department of Labor and the Department of Personnel Administration. The building is owned by The Prudential Insurance Company of America and managed and leased by Cushman & Wakefield. This marks the second CDLE-related project for Hyder, having previously completed a 40,000 square foot addition to the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment offices at 251 Sherman Street. Hyder worked with IA Interior Architects on both lease spaces.
