216 Clayton Street

Hyder Construction Inc. built 216 Clayton, a mixed-use building in Cherry Creek North, for The BROE Companies. The project consisted of a new residential/commercial four story building. Commercial retail space occupies the 1st floor with office space on the 2nd level. Luxury penthouses occupy the 3rd and 4th floors.
