216 Clayton Street

Hyder Construction Inc. is currently building 216 Clayton, a new mixed-use building in Cherry Creek North, for The BROE Companies. The project consists of a new residential/commercial four story building. Commercial retail space will occupy the 1st floor with office space on the 2nd level. Luxury penthouses will occupy the 3rd and 4th floors.
